| DESCRIPTION | The old Salem (Oregon) High School pictured here was located at Center and High Streets N.E. in downtown Salem; it was converted to state office use during World War II. In 1953 it was razed to make way for construction of the Meier & Frank department store . At the rear of the old school building was Valley Motor Company's dealership and used car lot. |
