The Jason Lee Mission House
PHOTO ID741
TITLEThe Jason Lee Mission House
COLLECTIONBen Maxwell
DESCRIPTIONThe Jason Lee Mission House was still in good condition in 1930 when this photo was taken at 960 Broadway St in Salem, Oregon. It was inhabited. The house was originally built on Broadway near Liberty Street, then moved temporarily to a site on Front Street before being moved to its final location as part of the Mission Mill Museum complex. The photo gives a good view of the porch leading to the front entrance, a bay window at one end of the house, and the small ornate entry way to the left of the bay window.
