This house, constructed in c.1917, is located at 1740 Fir Street South. The architectural characteristics of this two story house include two brick chimneys, fancy cut gable fascia end boards, decorative overhang support brackets, exposed roof purlins, double hung windows with small panes in the upper sash and narrow band horizontal siding. There is a front lawn with bushes and shrubs in the front of the house. The architectural style is the Bungalow and Craftsman style.
