This house, constructed in c.1929, located at 879 Cottage Street NE. The architectural characteristics of this two story house include a Dutch hip and gable roof,multi pane double hung windows at the second floor, horizontal ship lap siding, corner boards and brick pedestal porch columns, a picture window athe the entry elevation and a brick chimney at the right side of the house. There is a lawn at the front of the house. The architectural style is Vernacular style.
