This is a photo of a house in Salem, Oregon, taken by Bob Koval in 1978 as part of a CETA grant project to make a photographic record of historic Salem homes. This house, constructed in c.1910, is located at 1780 Court Street NE. The architectural characteristics of this two and one half story house include decorative soffit support brackets, shingle siding, a dual pitched hipped roof and an entry porch across the front of the entry facade. Large bushes, shrubs and trees are in the front of the house. The architectural style is the Bungalow and Craftsman style.
