DESCRIPTION
This is a photograph of a survey team surveying land for the Powder Valley Irrigation Company. They are surveying for an irrigation project on the Lower Powder River which flows on the border of Union and Baker Counties in east-central Oregon. The photograph shows sagebrush covered land, a buggy with two horses, and several men using surveying equipment.
