DESCRIPTION
This is one of a series of two photograph of the engineering camps of the Powder Valley Irrigation Company which constructed irrigation canals and dams. The Powder River flows on the border of Union and Baker Counties in east-central Oregon. This photograph shows a camp with tents located in a sagebrush covered valley. Men and one woman stand in front of the tents. [see OWR0106-107]
