This picture is a copy of a photograph of the Harkins Transportation Company's steamer "Georgiana" which was built in Portland in 1914 and operated daily to Astoria until after all the other boats had ceased to. In 1939 it was renamed the "Lake Bonneville" and took sightseeers to watch the building of Bonneville Dam. The original photograph was taken August 5, 1929.
