DESCRIPTION
A group of spectators watch as the statue of the Circuit Rider is being reset on its pedestal on the capital grounds in 1963. A crane is being used to hoist the piece of sculpture. The Circuit Rider was knocked off its pedestal and damaged during the Columbus Day wind storm of October 12, 1962.
